The sauna
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in our sauna (6 places) and plunge into the heart of this ancestral practice originating in Scandinavian countries. How does it work? A wooden cabin with benches to sit on, where you enjoy a bath in dry heat of between 70°C and 100°C. The benefits are felt from the very first session: muscle relaxation, elimination of toxins, hydration and oxygenation of the skin.
The hammam
Embark on a soothing sensory journey in our hammam (seats 6) and forget all your worries by taking some time out just for you! Renowned for its stress-relieving properties, this ritual from the East has many benefits. It helps relieve muscle and joint pain, promotes sleep and eliminates toxins and impurities from the skin. The temperature is maintained between 40 and 50°C, and the humidity level is close to 100%.
The jacuzzi
Extend your well-being experience with a session in the jacuzzi and immerse yourself in deep relaxation thanks to the benefits of hydrotherapy. The beneficial bubbles of the whirlpool bath create a soothing atmosphere, ideal for forgetting everyday stress. The water and/or air jets have a massaging, energising and revitalising effect on the whole body. To be discovered in the aquatic area.
Opening times of the wellness area :
- 9am to 7pm in July and August.
- From 10am to 6pm from 1 April to 30 June and from 1 September to 1 November.
- Free access for campsite guests (by booking a time slot).
