Near the campsite, by the sea :
La Prairie campsite offers many activities nearby, being located on the outskirts of the town of Le Crotoy and only a few minutes from the seafront. It is therefore quite natural that you can enjoy the pleasures of the beach of the Baie de Somme.
Located only 200 metres from the campsite, discover the beaches of Le Crotoy for a moment of relaxation at the water's edge, with numerous water sports such as windsurfing, kite-surfing or sea kayaking. The town of Le Crotoy has a sailing club, which will allow you to discover all these sports and activities, and more traditional sports clubs, such as tennis or horse riding, are also available.
If you prefer to go for a walk, you can follow the footpaths across the Bay of the Somme to the Marquenterre nature reserve, or take the picturesque Bay of the Somme railway, linking Le Crotoy to Cayeux-sur-Mer, further down the coast via Saint Valéry sur Somme. The network of cycle paths, a few 200m from the campsite, will also allow you to go for nice rides. One thing is certain: by going around the bay, whether on foot, by bike or by train, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful Picardy panoramas!
Inside the campsite :
Our campsite offers a number of holiday activities: an aquatic area (swimming pool, paddling pool, jacuzzi, longe côte), slides, a sauna, a hammam, a fitness area (treadmills, bicycles and body-building station), petanque courts.
And not forgetting the children!
The PIKI club welcomes 5-8 year olds and 9-13 year olds. Our team of activity leaders offers young campers a programme of activities adapted to their age (ask at reception for opening times).
